Dorothy Quintana CC The project consists of the construction of a new one-story community center building and of miscellaneous site improvements. The community center building incorporates approximately 9,000 GSF of administrative, recreational and social spaces, such as offices, arts and computer rooms, meeting and exhibit halls; in addition to areas for storage, restrooms and food-serving.
